Content of all restored (undeleted) files corrupted
Re: Content of all restored (undeleted) files corrupted
This is exactly what I already did, but now I did this again and again the same result. All the files have been found and were restored. All the restored files have content and different filesizes, but the content is completely rubbish and I don't know why. This is the problem I have.

What is the disk type: HDD or SSD?
Did you try to find the files among the Extra found files?

Usually this is because you are reading the file system based on the wrong starting offset for the data's partition. Let me guess, you didn't actually scan the full drive, you only scanned the one partition right?p4n wrote:This is exactly what I already did, but now I did this again and again the same result.
