I've tried twice now to pay for another year of support so I can get the latest version. I'm using PayPal, but at the very end (where I should see the confirmation) it says:
Even though I'm not using a CC, I'm using PayPal.

Seems it's fixed now. I ran it again after they emailed me, and it worked.
