Discussion on the R-Drive Image software
Hello R-Drive team!
Hopefully you know the answer to this one; if not I'll submit a support ticket.
We have been using R-Drive for several months now. We enjoy the product but we have been finding lately that half of our clients using R-Drive (around 3 so far) have been unable to retain activation of their product. R-Drive accepts the registration at install, hums along happily for 30 days, then fails with the "Trial expired" message. Is there a reason for this? Are we activating it "wrong"? We have followed the documentation properly.
