As I tested, it worked fine for the backup of the entire hard drive. There might be problems with the backup of individual partitions.
The problem is most likely with the some hardware incompatibilities. Please, click About on the Action Selection panel, then System dump, save it somewhere, and send it to our techsupport. Please, include a reference to this topic. We'll see what's wrong and try to fix the problem.
