DVD+RW DVD-RW

How come Drive Image 4.4 build 4404 will not backup an image on a DVD RW comes up with an error disk full! Even though disk is empty even tried
formating and also used brand new never used tried this on a 2-Toshiba / also an Azus laptops. Works great with regular DVD or CD. Tried a lot of
Image backup rograms this is a good backup program but lacks the formating abillity.
