Update to Build 6004 - installer error

I'm getting an error when I try to install the 6004 build. I already have the 6000 build installed and working fine.
Error is: "Error opening file for writing. C:\Program Files\R-Drive Image\DrvSnSht.Sys"
The file is not read-only and I'm not aware of any issues with my PC. The PC is running Windows 8.1 and I've updated from R-Drive 5 in the past.
Any ideas?

I believe you install the program under an Administrative account. If that so, please contact our technical support, they'll help you to fix it.

Thanks for the advice, running the installer as an administrator worked fine.
Strange that I've never had to do that before, but I know now!

Maybe, the previous accounts were administrators?

Nothing has changed at my end as far as I know and there's only one account on here and it's still an Admin.
Weird, but happy that it's working now.
