Thank you for reporting!
Re: iTunes - Apple devices logs
The folders you mentioned contain files with the .crash, .ips и .log extensions. They store information about faults in connected Apple devices. R-Wipe&Clean shows and cleans these crash-logs in the Program Traces section on the iTunes tab in the Logs item (the .log extension) and Mobile Devices Crash Reports (the .crash and .ips extensions).saad wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2024 3:54 pmThere are lots of log files at the locations listed below that RWC does not detect:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\AppleInc.iTunes_nzyj5cx40ttqa\LocalCache\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice
We checked the cleaning of these two items and found no issues whatsoever.
That's why we ask you to do the following:
Clean two items Logs and Mobile Devices Crash Reports on the iTunes tab in the Program Traces section. Then make screenshots on the following folders:
%APPDATA%\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\AppleInc.iTunes_nzyj5cx40ttqa\LocalCache\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice
and send them to us.
Thank you in advance.
Re: iTunes - Apple devices logs
It deletes the log files that you mentioned, but does not delete the left over temp folders.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
