Empty MSI91D0.tmp- folders

Lots of empty MSI91D0.tmp- folders in C:\Windows\Installer
I think these should be removed.

These folders are shown and can be deleted on the Installer's Temporary Files and Folders tab in the Installer Traces part of the System's Own Traces section.
