There're should be no problem, if ver.5 installation is within the period of technical support.
If your support time expired, you'll have 2 options: either make a separate demo install parallel to the previous one, and the old version will work, or make a new install over the old version, in this case you'll have only a demo version.

A new version of R-Drive Image is available for download.
New features:
+ Support for Windows Storage Spaces (Windows 8/8.1 and 10), Linux Logical Volume Manager volumes, and Apple RAIDs.
+ UEFI boot for the startup version.
+ Support for HiDPI (retina-like) screens for the startup version.

Imporvements:
* Linux kernel 3.16.3 for the startup version.
