This article R-Undelete: HD Video Recovery from SD cards should help you, if nothing has been written to the USB drive after video deletion. And, of course, you should select the USB drive rather than a flash card. BTW, most likely your USB drive is FAT-formatted, so R-Undelete will recover your files for free, without registering.

Hope I can find a piratical solution here! In fact, I have a USB flash drive that has held many interesting videos gathered for nearly a whole year. However, yesterday, when viewing one of them on my laptop, I just mistakenly deleted a folder and about ten videos were gone. Do you have any idea for me to get them all back? Thanks for any suggestion!
