Mouse cursor missing in R-Studio Emergency

Hi,

I am using the bootable ISO R-Studio Emergency. It load and runs fine with the keyboard. If I move the mouse using the touchpad or USB external mouse, I can see an invisible mouse cursor is moving around, but I can't actually see the mouse cursor. Any ideas to troubleshoot?
