The X.Org X server 1.7.6+ must be installed to run R-Studio. But you may ran R-Studio Agent Emergency, which doesn't require any graphic server, and recover files through network.

Is it possible to recovery the files deleted on a debian server
Linux Servidor 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.65-1+deb7u1 x86_64 GNU/Linux
?
It doesn't have any graphical server installed.
