You'll have to address the underlying hardware issue. That's usually the result of a failed/unstable memory controller. You're trying to fix hardware with software. Life doesn't work that way.

If the data is important (worth more than a few hundred $$$) it's probably going to require that you seek out professional data recovery.

How can I recover data from removable media that is automatically ejected as unreadable every time I insert it?
