I'm not sure what's happened with your data.
Anyway, if you accidentally deleted the file of your VM, this is just a regular file on the host system, and can be recovered as such.
If you deleted the files within your VM, install R-Studio into that VM and recover the files from within the VM.

While performing a V-to-V migration from VMware to HyperV, we accidently blew all of our guest VM away. This is/was the source data for our products. The HOST is RHEL and the Virtual was a Windows 2K3 with Visual Source Safe (that is what we blew away). We are in dire straights, here, and could use some help identifying what R-TT Software tools we could use to get this back. I have 1TB of USB drive to put an 'agent' on as well as to direct the recovery. I simply need the .vhd and the snapshots. I can take it from there, but I need help in the setup. PLEEEAAAASE help us. :(
