Yes, this is a bug, and we will fix it in the near future.

I tested R-Studio. I tried versions from 4.5 (127459) to 4.6 (127527). In all of them I cannot set Known File Types correctly.
I go to Settings -> Known File Types. Then some of the boxes are blue some are gray color. I just simply want select all possible
file types. I can expand group, then I press box (to select all file types in group) but it sign onlu main group box not files that
belongs there. Then sometimes after few clicks on Group box all files are selected. Also grey color is so similar to blue one that
it's hard to see difference. Still if i go group by group with hard woked clicking to set all files aft6er close settings and open it again
it's there again! No all files are selected. It's just really anoying! It doesn't remember it. And also I need to click unlick groups many
times to select all. Just let me know if there's some different (strange) behaviour in file selecting or it's "just" a bug.

For more info i'm running Vista x32 SP1 (But i don't think that have something with it).
