No extension - what does that mean? No extensions added to filenames? Just add them manually.

Hi All,

I need some help. I deleted a couple of audio files from my hard drive. The files was on WIN XP partition , but when I deleted I used Mandriva Linux. There were in Mandriva' s trash. Unfortunatelly I could not find any files in Windows xp partition with undelete software.

I installed R-linux and enetered Extra Found Files and indicated FLAC audio, after scanning, the soft. found 82 files, but after recovered , I could not use them (no extension).

What is the next step?
