Apparently, a hardware/driver incompatibility. Please, contact our techsupport. They will help you in solving this problem.

Hello,

I've got installed 4.7 R-Drive Image on windows 2000, SP4 but can't make images. Getting "Cannot load required device driver. Reinstall application
to solve this problem." error. Re-installation didn't help though... There is on-board RAID1 there reported as Win2000 Promise MBFastTrak 133 Lite is it makes sense.

Any help would be appreciated...
