You may try to use E-Mail Recovery Software. It's free for test.
It may be able to extract some mails out of it. But I doubt that any software can make a working pst file out of a broken one.

Hello, I deleted a large pst file by accident. I used recuva and it said the file was in poor condition but I was able to save the file to a flash drive that I reformatted to NTFS. The outlook version I am using is 2010. Would any of your products be able to make that file useful again? How do I go about recovering the file?
