RTT R Studio Keeps Shutting Down Crashes Crashing during scan
this is really concerning to me, as im moving throughout data recovery
it produces a crash report code, and I'm in waiting till RTT can analyze it.
im concerned that im not able to use this software because it crashes before I can complete a scan.
Computer:
Macbook Pro Catalina
Internal SSD
16GB Ram
2.2GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
(everything in excellent condition)
External hard drive:
WD SSD 2TB
(everything in excellent condition)
I've used five softwares to verify external drive is in perfect health:
*Mac First Aid
*Windows Error Checker
*WD Drive Utilities Three-Stage Scan
*Ease US Partition Master Surface Test
*Stellar Drive Monitor scan
the external drive is beautiful. because im having trouble scanning the whole thing, i've successfully done a partial.
Scans:
0GB-1200GB successful scan and recovery (:
1200GB-1300GB fails repeatedly no matter how hard i try to scan it - so it quits the scan midway :(
1300GB-2TB successful scan and recovery (:
it is roughly between the middle of the drive that the R-Studio software crashes. so thats about roughly between 1200GB-1300GB of this external hard drive that R-Studio shuts down and refuses to continue scanning.
your help is appreciated.
