Pictures ; disk images from PC disappeared

Hello all ,
Pictures ; disk images from my pc (MAC) disappeared.
I tried few softs like Diskdrill but wasn't able to find anything except some trashed files 6 months ago.
Then I did a scan with R-studio and got this error.
Can someone show me how to recover?
