Hi developer, it seems some components of R-Studio are built with Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, and although the installer includes msvcp90.dll, msvcr90.dll, msvcm90.dll and Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest, but they are not used, may because the bindingredirect configurations aren't correct, so if there is no policy file in "C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\Policies\x86_policy.9.0.Microsoft.VC90.CRT_xxxxxxxx_x-ww_xxxxxxxx", the R-Viewer.exe will report error "application couldn't start because it's side by side configuration is not correct". I have to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime on WinXp and Vista to get R-Viewer.exe and helpview.exe work. Please check is there anything can be improved, thanks in advance.

I see, thanks.
And I checked this problem exists since R-Studio 8.3.168003 Thu Jun 22, 2017. So the VCRT configuration never worked.
