i/o reading error
This error means that R-Studio failed to read data from the disk. We need more info to say more about the reason for this failure.

Error OS I/O error 5/26/23 11:45 AM Sector 5 [4K] failed to read from WDC WD10EZEX-60ZF5A0 80.00A80 after 2 attempts. Input/output error

Is this a hardware error? What is the drive was originally formatted MBR and has been now formatted GPT? Can R-Studio handle this?

That means that this sector cannot be read. A hardware fault of the disk.

No, neither R-Studio nor any other data recovery software can handle this.
