In r-studio however, the drive shows up, but it doesn't say anything about bitlocker encryption. It looks as if it's empty. I created an image and whilst scanning for files, it was coming up with nothing. Any insight into this?

I've got a USB flash drive here which was removed from a PC improperly and now when you insert the drive, Windows says it needs to be formatted. This drive is (according to the customer) bitlocker encrypted and has supplied us the decryption key.
