How to Recover Files on CSVFS in Windows Server?

Hello,
I need assistance with file recovery. During the recovery process, all of the files that have been restored so far are filled with zero bytes, while the recovery is still in progress.
Here’s the situation: some files were deleted on a CSVFS (Clustered Shared Volume File System) through SMB. Unfortunately, I don’t know how the deletion occurred. Regardless, I’m trying to recover these deleted files.
I started using R-Studio, selected several root directories, and initiated the recovery process. Currently, I can see the "Time elapsed" and "Time remaining" indicators, as well as the current and total file count. However, the files recovered to the destination folder so far are all filled with zero bytes, and the recovery process is still ongoing. (I think the file sizes and names seem correct.)
Does R-Studio support CSVFS recovery?
(If R-Studio does support CSVFS, I think files were corrupted/modified.)
