Deleted file recovery from SSD

Hello, my old computer suddenly stopped working so I moved my Documents folder from my SSD to my new computer via a USB adaptor. That computer mysteriously got wiped and now I'm trying to recover my files from my SSD. I've scanned the SSD and come across multiple "Recognized" partitions in green. Would anyone be able to guide me through this? I have 5 years worth of work that's lost
