Bug - Overwrite operation logs incorrectly

If a filename already exists in the selected recover to directory R-Studio offers options to overwrite or rename, but the log shows that the recover operation failed. The following line shows the recovery operation was a success which conflicts with the preceding 2 lines which indicated failure. The overwrite operation is not logged and perhaps should be as well as rename if it is not already.
