Fixup and MFT Errors while trying to recover

Hello Everyone,

I accidentally deleted some important folders/directories on my HDD running windows 7. As the size was big, they also got removed from the recycle bin. On trying to restore it I have connected it to another PC via SATA connection and using R-studio v7.2 to restore it. The scan completes without any types of errors, but when I double click the green recognized partition it starts giving me tons of 'Fixup' and 'MFT record childs claimed parent mismatch, aborting' errors. It eventually loads up but with a lot of errors and a lot of data missing. I received similar errors while trying to look into the orange recognized partition. I am attaching both the log files (orange and green) for reference. It's in compressed file due to the upload limit.

Is there any way to remove these errors and recover my data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Fixup and MFT Errors mean that the file system on the disk is slightly damaged. Can I see the screenshot of R-Studio's main panel with the recognized partition? And how much time had passed from file deletion to file recovery? Did you restart the computer or write something on the disk?

Thanks for the reply!!! Please find the attached screenshots for the scan results as well as the disk recognized partitions. As far as the deletion goes, the folder deleted about 20-25 days ago. I was still using it as OS drive for may be 5-10 days until I realized that the folder was deleted. Since the drive has not been used as OS disk but used as an secondary disk (primary being the mSATA on the laptop).

As I understand, you didn't do anything with your main partition (Logical Disk E:), only deleted a folder with some files. So, you should search for them in that partition (better in E: (Recognized8)) rather than in others. But 5 days of working with the computer might overwrite large files. You see, Windows constantly writes a lot of data to its system disk. That's why it is much better to have a system disk, and a data disk to store your data on it.

I did tried looking into it. It gave a lot of MFT and Fixup errors as mentioned above. I also found the folder which got deleted, but there were only a few files present in it, a lot of the files are missing and also marked with a red cross.. Anyway around that?

Files with a red cross means that they were deleted but there are significant chances that they can be recovered.
