Damaged recoveries

I am using R-Studio i scaned my hdd and recovery my files but i cant open my files, all damaged. Why? Can you say solution?

Will need more information than that. For example what filesystem is it? Did you scan the entire drive or just the logical volume? All all files corrupt, or just certain ones?
