Actual File Structure Recovery

Hi,
We just bought the new R-Studio 5 to recover the files on deleted hard drive partition. After the drive scan was finished there is a folder called Recognize1, Recognize2, 3,4 up to 9. We tried to expand the folder and there is another folder of each extension file (i.e. Doc, XLS, JPG, etc.) and the file name was change to a number.
Now my question would be, Is it possible in R-Studio to recover the files in actual file name and folder structure, what I am trying to say if there is an option in R-Studio setting to recover the actual file name and folder structured. Because I am looking for specific folder where there are sub folder of each department in our company that stored the data.
Hope for your response.
Thanks you.
