Restoring to a new hardware

Add restoring image to a new hardware such that there is no need to again install all the apps.

Say I have created an image of a particular PC,now i want to restore that image to a totally new hardware

You can do that. Although there may be, and likely will, many problems with Windows activation, drivers for different hardware, and alike.
