Where are scripts/tasks stored internally?

Hello everyone!
So I just upgraded from 7.0 to 7.1 and in the process had to renew my support. It appeared that the new version "upgraded" the previous and kept my original backup scripts. Looking through my program installations, I noticed the new version actually created a separate installation so I tried uninstalling the old version. It appeared to wipe both versions out. Re-installing asked to repair instead of install so I did that but then my previous backup scripts were gone. Soo, after creating new backup scripts they automatically added "#2" to the names because the original names already existed? But they are not being displayed... do they still exist? If so, where? Do I have duplicate scripts/tasks queued up even though they aren't displayed? I tried looking through the registry, program folders, program data folders but can't find anything. The logs were retained through the upgrade.
I tried searching the manual and this forum for related info but couldn't find any. Thank you in advance for any clarification on how/where these items are stored so I can manually verify and/or fix any duplicated data.
