I don't get my daily differentials

I setup my R-Drive Image task to start on a Sunday morning with a full backup, do differentials each day for the next 6 days, and then on the next Sunday it's time for a new full backup and repeat. Each Saturday, after the last of the 6 differentials, I'll move the 7 files elsewhere so that the directory is empty and ready for the next day's backup.
This isn't what happened though. I got my full backup on the first Sunday and then promptly forgot about it, assuming each day I'd be getting my differentials. Today, at the time where I planned to move all 7 files, I see that I've only got one file - the original full backup. What did I do wrong? Windows 11, Machine is running every day at the scheduled time.

Rotation scheme -> Full Image -> Every - this is the problem. Set it to 7. Execution schedule -> Day schedule -> Day 1.
The task should run every day, the first day a full image, then 6 day of differential images, then another full image, and so on.

Thanks Alt, I've made the changes (I think) and will give it a week to see if it works

Don't forget to upgrade to the latest version:
R-Drive Image 7.2.7200.

Don't move the files, copy them. Let R-Drive Image do its job.

Yeah, I could do that but I move them offline to a normally-disconnected USB drive (air gap for ransomware reasons). I only need to keep one backup on the machine and can manage the number of older backups simply based on the external drive space available. I'm happy to manage them myself.

I recommend file deletion by R-Drive Image for its smooth operation.
