Backup Completed emails fail--Password Error

I have been using Hotmail/Outlook SMTP to send myself “backup completed” emails from My/Wife’s computers. Microsoft is now changing their system so “OAuth2” user authentication is required. I can’t find any way to implement that in my “Notification Options”. Without OAuth2, I get errors “Unable to send e-mail notification to <uid>@hotmail.com : Password error” intermittently, and according to Microsoft, I will totally lose the ability to connect to their mail servers on Sept. 16, 2024.
Does R-Drive have any plans to implement OAuth2 in the near future, or do you know of some sort of work-around that I can use? I am currently using server: smtp.office365.com, Port:587, SSL: StartTLS.
