Request for help: 'Media is removed'; age limit exceeded

Dear all
R-drive gave me the following report - flagged as an error by the email notification that I have set up - and I find the report confusing. What does it mean, please? (The report is excessively long - which is a problem given that the report gets emailed - including as it does some sort of memory or disc dump. I have truncated the report.)
PS: I hope that I am posting this in the right place.
EDIT: just now I ran the job at issue but this time manually (via the GUI) and eventually - at the very end - it failed again, for the same ostensible reason(s). Also: I have given this forum a quick search and I found nothing very relevant.
