Feature requests

I do have two feature requests:
- Save the settings of the last backup and use that setting as the default for the next backup. If that is not interesting for all users, make it an option.
- If a backup source is a BitLocker volume, R-Drive asks for the password and unlocks the drive itself. If the target is a Bitlocker volume, it must be unlocked outside of R-Drive. The feature request is to ask the user for the password if the target of a backup is on an unlocked Bitlocker volume.
