Hi,
We have recently had the need to restore a folder from one of our R-Drive Image backup. However, upon looking at the drive image that was taken two days ago, some of the document folders are not there. It is a full backup created with the scheduler, and we are viewing the image by connecting it as a logical disk.
Why would this be and how can we fix it?
Drive image does not contain some of the drive's folders

Try exploring the virtual partition with XYPlorer (file explorer that can open folders other can't). Also you may use mst TotalAccess to remove protection restrictions if it comes from there.
Try also a chkdsk V: if V: is your virtual disk, try to add /f if necessary.

I believe the problem is in access rights/invisible folders. R-Drive Image copies the entire disk with all its content.
If you are going to use any program on the image connected as a virtual disk, please keep in mind that those disks are read-only. You cannot change anything on such disks.
