put arc file back to SD card

Recently I backup my SD card to r-studio image file (*.arc). May I know is there any way that I can restore whole thing back to my SD card? I tried the r-drive image which can only restore to harddisk. :-(

R-Drive Image can restore data to any removable media except floppies.
Anyway, you may copy the image back to the SD card using the Advanced copy module in R-Studio. See its help for details.
