R-Image Backup and recovery

Hello I love this program better than any other recovery/backup program I have ever used.

I first made a R-Image boot DVD and it booted into R-Image and I found my Image.arc file on my second hard drive and
restored my C: drive perfectly. Afterwards, I read in your faqs:: "A bootable module can be written to a CD/DVD disc
together with the image data. Thus it is possible to create one CD/DVD disc to boot and to restore the system."

I have read all the faq's and couldn't find anything likewise in the Forum. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
I followed the instructions exactly but the DVD's will not boot. The pc will just boot on into Windows. I made
several DVD's using different settings in the Backup Options munu. Here is how I made the DVD's. I pressed Create an
Image, selected my C drive, pressed next and on the Image Destination screen, selected my DVD drive and typed in
Restore for the filename. I pressed next and on the Image Options screen I left everything as marked and selected
next. On the backup Options screen first I selected all three marks under snapshot provider. On the next DVD I only
selected Windows Volume Snapshot and notify applications. On the third DVD I only selected RTT- Volume Snapshot.
Then on the Media Options page, on all three DVD's I made, I selected Include R-Drive Image bootable version and use
ISO caching.
None of the three bootable/recovery DVD's will boot. The pc just passes them and goes on into Windows. I can boot
from the R-Image boot DVD and then swap with one of the supposed bootable recovery DVD's, mount the drive and
restore the image that way. I looked at the bootable DVD and the bootable/recovery DVD and the only thing I saw
different was the Restore.arc files on the bootable/recovery.

Please Help
Thank you
Jim
