Still boot cd not working with my Z97 + Broadwell CPU - i legacy mode i got - only ISOLinux - message, in UEFI mode - i got data corrupt message - but cd is ok, dvd drive is ok - i have tried same cd in other machines, even in virtual machine.. 5.3/6.006./6.007 still same problem.

Please, try a USB stick, it should work. Better, in the UEFI mode.
