Unable to see virtual logical disk

Hi, I just recently started using R-drive. I created a virtual logical disk and received the successful creation message; however, I am unable to see the virtual disk using file explorer, or disk management, in Win 10. I went partially through the image restore process to verify the original image was good and it was. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you connect the virtual disk as described on the Connect an Image as a Virtual Logical Disk help page?

Hi Alt, I did and received the message that it was connected successfully. Windows did not install additional software. When I retried R-drive software showed that drive selected the first time was not available to use the second time, so I believe R-drive recognized it, but Win 10 did not. Thanks.

Did you assign a disk letter to that disk?

Sorry for the delay. Yes I did assign a drive letter and it was one not currently or previously in use.
