copy traces of Thunderbird

I would advise to improve the interface or possibly the functionality of the Copy All command in the right window, where the contents of traces of program activity are displayed.
For example, on the page for Thunderbird, I select the Copy All command in the context menu, after which the program freezes for several minutes.
Most likely, this problem occurs when the contents of the right page are very large, because when the program returns to the active state, the clipboard contains about 40 thousand lines.
