I think this should be added:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_cw5n1h2txyewy

The content of this folder is specified for deletion on the WWEP Traces tab in the Installer Traces part of the User's section. Display and deletion of this item is constantly being improved in RWC, the next build will include such improvements, too.

If the computer is connected to the Internet or any Windows widgets are running, the system module which traces are deleted on this tab is running, too, therefore its traces cannot be immediately deleted.

You may do the following to delete locked files:
1. Turn on deletion of locked files during next system startup.
2. (Use with caution) Before cleaning this item open the Processes window in Windows Task Manager and select End task in the shortcut menu for the Widgets.exe process in the Background Processes section.

Keep in mind that all currently running widgets will be automatically closed.
