I think .lock, .dat, .dat.LOG1 and .dat.LOG2 files here should be removed, .dat file keeps information about Find and Replace words in Notepad.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_8wekyb3d8bbwe\Settings

This build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2441 addresses this issue.
