R-Wipe & Clean for distributed systems

The management of our corporation has an idea to install R-Wipe & Clean on more than 4 thousand computers located in our offices in different countries of Asia and Latin America.
I and many of my colleagues have been using R-Wipe & Clean for a long time and consider it the best Windows cleaner currently available.
But we need the R-Wipe & Clean to satisfy several requirements:
1. Running a task on a remote computer
2. Checking the success of a task on a remote computer (no content in task items)
3. Checking the appearance of traces in task items on a remote computer
4. Forced closing of browsers and applications on a remote computer if this interferes with the completion of a task.
The first requirement can now be met by running the task from the command line on a remote computer, this can be automated.
To fulfill the second requirement, you need to copy the %APPDATA%\R-TT\RWC\WipingLog file from the remote computer and parse it, which is obviously not easy for so many computers.
In addition, if there were errors during the execution of the task, then it's impossible to detect from the log what traces remained.
It seems that the third requirement can now only be met by connecting to a remote computer and viewing the corresponding tabs in the R-Wipe & Clean, which is unacceptable for us.
We need to clean up several items in the Recent Activity, Storing Traces, Associativity Traces, Installer Traces.
We also need to clean up everything in the browser sections and some application tabs in Program Traces.
Company's local employees shouldn't deal with the R-Wipe & Clean.
So we need system administrators to be able to do all this remotely.
We would like to know if the current implementation of the R-Wipe & Clean allows to fulfill our requirements stated above.
