Cleaning Chrome activity traces

It looks like there are some flaws in cleaning traces of Chrome activity.
I clean up everything in the Google Chrome section, then run a 3rd party utility to investigate the browser activity, that detects the following browsing data:
  • 3pcd heuristics grants
  • cookie controls metadata

Chrome version 138.0.7204.184

Windows 11 Pro
Version 24H2
OS build 26100.4770

Thank you for reporting. I've passed this to our developers.

I also detected this issue a couple of months ago.
Then after some R-Wipe & Clean update it disappeared, but a couple of weeks ago a 3rd party utility found these traces again after I cleaned up everything in the Google Chrome section of the R-Wipe & Clean.

Last week I cleaned up everything in the Google Chrome section. Then I ran a text search utility that found the addresses of the online stores I visited in the Chrome's user data directory.
I've updated the R-Wipe & Clean to version 2525, but the issue remains.
