It's strange that Microsoft PowerToys is missing from the Program Traces section of the R-Wipe & Clean.
As far as I heard, PowerToys appeared in Windows 95.
Currently, PowerToys utilities leave many logs.

This build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2552 includes this application.
