This has been occuring wtih the last versions 9 and previous last 8.9. It took me a while creating new profiles to isolate what was happening. First I am using three profiles under firefox. Each has anywhere from about 3 to 5 hundred bookmarks. When I just import bookmarks using FEBE (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2109) and look into the rwipe history after just importing just bookmarks and nothing else (no history) rwipe is finding history items and goes into an loop trying to wipe something that is not there. Firefox browser cleanup and other extensions that defrag places and clean places (PlacesCleaner https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13860) that remove everthing extraneous rwipe is finding things that according to firefox are not there.

I've passed the problem to our developers.
