I am currently experiencing data loss and would like to request your assistance in recovering the data.
The data I have recovered is not found to be the archived documents and images saved in drive C are all lost and I tried to recover them but failed. The device or cloud format platform is no longer available.

Any steps taken to recover the data I need help from everyone!
