Recover files after formatting a USB drive by mistake

Hello everyone,
I have encountered a serious problem and would like to receive support from you guys.
I have a 32GB USB used to store work documents. While creating a Windows installation USB, I accidentally selected the wrong USB to format and create the installation package. After realizing, I immediately disconnected the USB from the computer. Currently, the USB contains Windows system files and has only about 500MB of free space. I would like to ask if R-Studio is suitable for this situation, and which mode should I use to recover most effectively?
