I think you need to totally stop what you are doing and get the drive to someone with at least a marginal idea of how computers work. this drive was clobbered by deleting all underlying volumes and the spanned drive and possibly the seagate ECM volume.
i think i need some guidance from the pros on this one.
i installed virtualbox thinking experimental changes to the disc , does that work? add the real disc to a VM so changes can be soft /virtual?
